As a Marine Corps’ Information Technology Specialist, I was initially placed in the Help Desk Division, where I troubleshot user problems and created user accounts and groups. Soon I was promoted to the Hardware Division, where I repaired physical hardware, installed software, and responded to help desk tickets.
