At PEAK I was looking to gain new skills and improve some of the skills I already obtained from being in the education environment. As Customer Service Manager at PEAK it was my role to ensure that the companies clients were kept satisfied with the services they were receiving, in this case the various Physical Education services which were on offer. As well as this I was in charge of the administration duties at the office which involved general admin duties such as emailing and telephone calls to the clients when needed as well as invoices and keeping the data and files up to date. There has been times when I had to take on a role in the marketing section of the company and design some documentation to take to schools and present to them as well as presenting information to a conference, marketing to the schools and showing them everything that PEAK had to offer. In some cases this involved going to old and current clients which lead to having a better relationship with the clients.
