Daniel and I served on several projects at Brightside where he delivered thorough testing practices across various IT areas including development, operations and partner integration. As Test Lead, Daniel takes a great pragmatic approach and was always supportive of colleagues, even when his own workload was overwhelming. As PM, it is great to have a resource that is also committed to adaptive delivery and is not fazed by late changes in acceptance criteria. Daniel is often my first port of call for supporting quality in delivery of projects and change - having covered nearly all types of operational processes at Brightside he is motivated to towards informing team members about past errors for the greater good and in a recent project highlighted potential impacts before delivery feasibility was established, saving vital time. He’s a top-notch guy, a great test lead to who’d make a tremendous addition to any company serious about ensuring quality delivery through thorough testing. I will miss his enthusiastic discussions surrounding testing, experience in regression testing and the details he commits to his memory from trial and error. Mostly, I'll miss his shear enthusiasm to doing things "the way" and his warm manners which makes him sincerely approachable and valuable team member.

Daniel started in the team in December and hit the ground running. Dan's keen attention to detail and focus on helping the team grow has made him an invaluable part of the team. I thoroughly recommend him and believe him to be an asset to any organisation he works for.
