I have now worked with Daniel for many years and across many roles. Most recently Daniel worked directly for me managing desk side support engineers, across several countries in Asia, for a large multination client. One thing that has always stood out about Daniel is his attitude towards his work, always keen to take on new challenges and more responsibility and this has led him to rise quickly within the company. Daniel has a great approach to Service Delivery built on many years of experience from technical support as an Engineer to Team Leader to Service Delivery Manager. Daniel has shown that he is capable of making wise decisions, even if that means making no decision at all and also engaging well with his clients to ensure that all contractual obligations are met, while ensuring that his team is not over servicing. I would be more than happy to work with Daniel again in the future (I am currently as a Project Manager).
