Paul Semple
I worked with Daniel since he joined Bidwells in early 2016. Through his diligence, application and appetite for all kinds of planning work he quickly made his mark and rapidly became the "go to" person for clients in his area of specialism on Para 79 proposals for isolated houses in open countryside, as well as clients across the Hospitality and Leisure sector. This work ethic lead to recognition by the company and resulted in two successive promotion's over 4 years. He is very knowledgeable and tenacious in getting clients permissions and seeing opportunities and ways of successfully addressing issues and will be greatly missed by his Bidwells colleagues, where his wealth of anecdotes and in particular his IT skills in assisting me, are already a great loss .
Phil Snell
Although having only worked alongside Daniel in a limited capacity, I was immediately impressed by his diligence and keen work ethic. He is adept at performing detailed project research and is able to present information professionally and succinctly. I look forward to working with him again in the future and would definitely recommend him to others.

As an Officer Cadet in the Royal Navy Reserves I developed leadership skills which are profoundly useful in my day job. My reasoning for joining the reserves was simple - to develop a sense of leadership that inspires others to willingly follow and to make a positive contribution to changing the world for the better. I started DGS Homes after graduating from Uni and gained multiple clients within months of incorporation. I was the youngest president in clubs 17 year history, leading a committee of 8, and responsible for 130 members. My presidency resulted in the highest ever membership levels, of both new joiners and retained members. The club had its most financially successful year under my leadership enabling additional trips away for those less privileged to be subsidised.
