Contacting existing customers who had outstanding payments on their respective credit cards and taking payments from them over the phone. This was rather intensive and required a large amount of patience and tact. The role frequently meant crossing paths with difficult and challenging customers. The position was also target driven and required certain targets to be reached daily.
