I managed Daniel as the CTO at Fixzy Assist. Daniel came to us, not even as a Web developer, he worked in a completely different field. Despite our lack of time to fully train him, he worked so hard he passed his probation and secured a pay rise within just 3 months. The guy is friendly, a pleasure to work with, and frankly one of the most passionate developers I know. He kept up with contractors who had been developing 6 years longer than him, and whilst not an 'expert' - is impressively proficient in typescript and react. I'd say he has the skill of developers with half a decade experience in Web technologies. I would be extremely happy to work with Daniel again, and if the positions become available, would hire him again wherever I am working next.
