      Plan and manage various web initiatives. In 2014 I manged the merging of two websites (from Canada and the US) to DH.com. The project involved the creation of new D+H branded templates, new and edited content, new CMS platform (Drupal 7), setup of web services on new hardware (Acquia), workflows, processes, 301 redirects and almost everything else required when moving a website. A similar project was undertaken in mid-2015 when D+H acquired Fundtech with me leading the Marketing Integration work stream.       Migrating the largest Master Card portfolio in Canada to TSYS was a major endeavour. Seven PM’s working various business streams were responsible for this CA$20 million+ program. My role was to ensure that Accounting, Settlement, Reconciliation would be able to continue functioning; TSYS Contracts were negotiated, updated, SLAs adjusted. Ensured MasterCard compliance was being met; Review, update and provide to TSYS over 200 types of English and French letters to be available for correspondence to cardholders and associated change management; The new Dispute/Fraud/Chargeback system was transferred from TSYS to BMO with no interruption to open cases; BMO would be able to remain compliant with MasterCard contractual requirements.
