Across this period I was both an Assistant Coach for the Under 15 Boys and Head Coach of both Under 13 and Under 15 Boys My Role included: - Conducting the initial trial with 60+ players in attendance, selecting 15 - 20 players to take forward to training - Aid the development of the players at multiple training sessions (covering team play, decision making and individual skills), additionally supporting the selection of the 12 players to attend represent the county at the East Regional tournament - Coach the games at the tournament, helping all 12 players showcase their ability; which led to 6 of the 12 players being shortlisted to represent the East Region
