Daniel has been a forerunner and missionary in the area of Service Design for years. His personal mission to make the world a little bit better every day shines through everything he does, to the benefit not only to the end user but his clients as well. He breathes Service Design as Yoda breathes The Force, meaning that it's not about semantics or processes. It's all about a deeper understanding of Customer Needs and Behavior, regardless of the technology or product at hand. You always learn something new working with Daniel, both as client and project member.

Erik Widmark

I have worked with Daniel for several years during my time at Transformator. He is a grand visionary and a savvy businessman. Daniel is one of the Swedish pioneers in the field of service design and his hard work and determined mind has turned great thoughts into a great company.

We were working and co-creating brilliant services in a wide range of industries and organisations, in the private and public sector. This made Transformator Design one of the world leaders in this field. We helped our clients understand and tackle two challenges. Firstly, we helped our clients develop and implement customer centered strategies and services. Secondly, we transformed organisations to think and act from a human customer and employee centric perspective. Our unique method consisted of carrying out repeated loops of end-customer and staff interactions to then identify, develop and design the best, services, experiences and propositions, no matter in what channels the interaction takes place. By doing so, we helped organisations to launch innovative services that are relevant and attractive for customers that will result in creating new sources of revenue, save resources and increase customer value, trust, satisfaction and loyalty.
