  I worked in a care environment for two years, helping support people who were placed across the autistic spectrum, had physical disabilities, challenging behaviour and epilepsy. During my role here i helped with medication, assisting clients with their day to day needs including personal care, driving clients to different activites and being a key worker.On plenty of occasions I also spent time organising and leading shifts when managers were absent.
