  I manage the achievement, progress and attainment of Year 11. Managing whole year interventions such as study conferences, tutoring, reward schemes, assemblies, tutor times, developing a whole year ethos, inspiring them to be better citizens and learners and liaising with the pastoral officer to name a few. I work closely with a selected group of students who are making below expected progress to help close learning gaps where they may arise through a number of bespoke interventions. I am also responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating a project to train and nurture leading learners in Years 7-10 to help the school develop more independent learners.
