Effectively plan and deliver quality sessions to children of different abilities. Create an environment safe and enjoyable for all involved. Promote self confidence and good attitude to all children and ensure they are learning and having fun. Saturday morning classes- This class consists of 4 age groups ageing from 3-10 years old. These sessions mainly focus on technical and fundamental drills working on elements such as passing, ball control, possession, creating space, shooting, 1v1 defending and attacking and sessions are structured depending on the ability of the group. These sessions all end with SSG at the end which encourage the use of what they have learnt from the session. Friday elite academy- This class is an invitation only where the most advanced indivifuals are invited to attend these extra sessions to work on more technical aspects of the game which we are less likely to cover in half term or Saturday mornings. These participants will all have similar abilities with ages going from 3-5yrs, u7s, u8s, u9s, u10s, u11s and a girls' class. After School Clubs- Working in schools within the Merton area. Our main objective of the after school football sessions is to 'try the sport' and to learn the basic and fundamental elements of football. Having fun is primarily the main focus and consist of fun, energetic games with and without the ball with elements of social inclusion, confidence, team work and enthusiasm encouraged throughout. PPA cover- Taking a PE class of up to 30 children and providing a session based on a particular sport which is part of the schools curriculum. Main focus to provide a good session based on the fundamental elements of the sport if unfamiliar with it, encouraging all children to participate and to create a safe, fun and educational environment where the children are motivated to try new sports and enjoy them regardless of ability. Session plans are based around the ability of the class, sport and age group. Show less

Working within the food and beverage department my main roles were: To prepare and cook food to the highest standard taking into account health and safety and hygiene. Prior to shop opening, i had to ensure all the appropriate equipment were ready to use ( Fryer, ban mari, cooking utensils, washing up equipment, stock, food stock) Liasing with other staff to ensure customers were receiving the best experience possible from their visit, also to ensure there was little food waste which could be detrimental to the companies profit. To date check all food once prepped and to regularly check and sign paperwork to make sure all food was cooked correctly and were suitable for sale. To clean the whole unit after the shift as well as whatever possible during the shift so that the unit was ready for the next business day. Regular stock-takes. Hitting unit targets whether it be total daily sales, upselling new items, customer feedback or health and safety audits. Show less
