Cirpack commercializes a wide range of Voice over IP products and equipment for core networks and unified communications. I worked in the R&D of several projects in the media transport layer. My last project was the Transcoding Gateway. I have assured the software architecture design and developement leadership of two versions of it: - Hardware-based, using a third party card equipped of media-processing DSPs. Developement of a multithreaded library controlling the pool of DSPs with asynchronous tasks and commands. Integration of the third party card on RHEL 7.1.-based Lenovo servers. - Virtual, using Linux multimedia GStreamer engine. My other big project has been the software development of Cirpack's Media Gateway and VoIP softswitch's middleware. My biggest tasks include the development of the card Linux driver and the card controller as well as its integration in the card Linux embedded system. Also, I have developed a Linux driver for its Marvel switch from the scratch. I have also made several contributions to the broader Session Border Controller and Softswitch products. For all these projects I provided Level 3 Support. Show less

I have participated in the TriScope project, a partnership between Telecom ParisTech and ST-NXP Wireless funded by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR). The project explored 3D stereoscopy on mobile devices, with the design and building of a demonstrator model, this being an embedded system on a Linux operating system equipped with a auto-stereoscopic display and a FPGA. I have done software developement (C), on-board embedded software porting, integration and testing. Also, developement of multimedia applications in the MPEG4 System framework. Contributions to open-source multimedia content browser (GPAC). Show less
