• Support a wide array of Golf/Leisure/Hospitality/Hotel businesses with there provided solution all over the country and across the globe, including all Centre Parcs sites and BGL Golf sites. • Speak to customers over phone/e-mail to diagnose and resolve there issues in a timely manner. • Support customers with our leisure software solution, Elite, as well as our online booking solution, Elite Live. • Patch customer servers with new versions of software when needed. • Prep hardware for customers including; Linux Servers, Till units, PDQ devices, Network Printers, New Starter Equipment, Raspberry Pi Units. • Maintain customers servers and proactively monitor them for any threats or fixes that need to be deployed. • Inspect returned/faulty hardware to see if it can be repaired and sent back to the customer. • Provide Out-Of-Hours support to customers on a rota-basis. • Onboarding new joiners and making sure they have necessary equipment prepped.
