I've been with Bernards Estate Agent's since September 2009, having been approached. I felt it was time for a change and challenge. The company has gone from 1 to 3 offices in under 4 years. The Southsea office's growth over that period of time has been better than we ever anticipated, this has enabled us to open up two new offices Waterlooville and North End. Starting as a Trainee Negotiator in November 1999 I quickly worked my way up company ladder. During my 10 years at the Southsea Office I relocated the branch on three separate occasions to help the growth of other offices. During my time at Beals I won many quarterly and yearly awards and my office was named "Top Office" twice at the annual awards evening.
