Dan is a gifted developer who delivers outstanding work to QA. Dan was easy to work with because he had the right attitude that QA is a developer asset and not an obstacle. Dan really found his voice at Maplewave and evolved from the never talking to being one of the most valued contributors in any meeting, and a mentor to other developers. He would be an excellent supervisor as he genuinely cares about people and always has a balanced opinion. I would enjoy working with Dan again.
