Held private caterings to Screen Gems studios including Dawson's Creek, One Tree Hill, and many other films that were filmed in the Port City. Coordinated construction of two locations from design and ground breaking to final operational permits. Increased sales to nearly $1,000,000 in 2014 from a start of $150,000 in 1999.
