At my time with Agenda, I managed Agenda Screening Services' marketing from the marketing plan, and monthly reporting on KSI’s to social media and blog writing. On top of this, I managed the content on the Wordpress site, as well as write, design and report on e-marketing campaigns On top of this, I managed relationships with a number of external agencies, including SEO and PPC. I project managed Agenda Screening Services new website with their external web development agency. This included a large amount of copywriting, design and collaboration with the internal team, as well as the external agency. As well as my role managing internal marketing, I managed a number of external clients, mainly focused around their social media accounts. I was elected as Vice President of the Liverpool John Moores Rounders society, alongside my part time work and studies. This means i helped organise matches against other Universities, organise social events and keep in touch with the Student Union. Before we started , I attended a number of course that helped give me skills to lead the society suchas Equality and Diversity training to make sure we treat everyone equally. Similarly, i have attended courses about the role of Social media and how best to use the club’s social accounts including Instagram and Facebook. It was a vary varied role that helped me gain many skills that I am now able to put into practise. The following year I was promoted to President in my final year of University. Our approach to a more fun society was very successful, allowing us to double the number of memberships to over 130. The role allowed me to further work on my leadership skills, alongside planning and organisation. Show less

I became the coach of my sister's U8 girls football team for just under a year. This meant I was able to do my qualifications to become a FA level 1 coach to provide the best possible training to my team. I designed plans for training and sessions and evaulated them all afterwards. This allowed me to see what went well and what went wrong to be able to make a better session next week.
