  As well as having a full teaching timetable, I lead the Business Department at the Brooklands Campus. As CL – & included in the myriad of responsibilities I undertake - I monitor/raise the standards attained by pupils; as well as enhance the quality/consistency of the teaching delivered by teachers under my supervision; & will support my team with appropriate strategies/resources/CPD to ensure all are fully equipped in delivering the curriculum effectively according to learners individual needs.
