Se comienza con el análisis de la aplicación a probar, definición de que tipos de pruebas se van a hacer en función de los requisitos. Posteriormente se realizan pruebas unitarias (parte cliente) y después se desarrollan los scripts para la prueba de carga. The test process consists in a initial analisis of the applicacion, flow definition, script recording, test execution acording with the project requirements and a final results analysis with the corresponding report. However, if the application have a low concurrency level, maybe a unitary test is required instead a full performance test. These unitary test are performed with a sniffer tool (HttpWatch). The analysis of the test results includes searches with SQL in a metrics database . The most used protocol for the scripts was WEB/URL. In the analisys phase it's importante to note that the information of the different backends is obtained with monitoring tools (CA Introscope, HP Diagnostics).
