      I was the Customer Service Manager at the Maine Mall store from 1991 until 1996. I was responsible for all service after the sale of new merchandise. I was responsible for all in-store jewelry repair work overseeing two goldsmiths. I was responsible for all outside jewelry repair work. Coordinating efforts with a number of vendors for warranty work as well as non-warranty work making sure all repair work done correctly and on a timely basis. I was responsible for jewelry repair training of all new and experienced sales persons. I working closely with the all sales staff to help solidify the sale and make sure we had a perfectly satisfied customer. I was responsible for developing and updating G M Pollack's retail price list for jewelry repair work. Eventually to be distributed throughout all 14 store locations. From 1996 to 2003 I became G M Pollack's Corporate Service Manager. My number one responsibility was to be the voice of Stan Pollack. Create the best customer service jewelry store around. I trained all new and experienced sale staff the fundamentals of jewelry repair and customer service. I worked closely with all 14 G M Pollack stores visiting them on a regular basis.
