      In my current role I am responsible for both the management of the full IT department and strategic programmes (maintaining my previous responsibilities as Head of PMO) across the entire business. Implemented the senior executive Change Board and IT pipeline processes. • Integration of a business from 3M including complete bottom-up technology build out for the new business across 3 locations in the US (local network & WIFI, SDWAN, local & cloud compute & storage, Azure stand-up for SAP S4Hana and execution of a 40+ system migration in less than 12 months). • Transaction Service Management of an acquired business “Team Wendy” including process and people changes across workstreams including Legal, HR, Finance and Technology. • Divestment of Milkrite Interpuls, a 12-month TSA requiring Avon Protection to separate out all business areas and stand up the fully independent technology environment (desktop, cloud storage & compute, M365 tenant stand-up and migration). • Cyber security programme stand-up for Department of Defence CMMC regulations.
