      • Created a Sales Representative Field Guide for the North American Sales Division • Initiated the creation of an internal website for Customer Support • Presented a three-month internship capstone to key stakeholders and Cook sales executives During my 12 week internship program at Cook Medical, I was assigned the project of revamping the Sales Representative Field Guide for the North American sales division. I was able to learn about each section of Customer Support at Cook, help rewrite and reorganize the content, and recreate the Field Guide into a searchable, clickable, and quickly referable resource for sales representatives. Additionally, I constructed a Customer Support Subsite that is housed in the company’s internal website. The Subsite allows Cook Sales Reps to access a digital platform that contains all needs ranging from Field Guide content, sales resources, and other support material. Show less

Worked as a Customer Representative and Sales Specialist on the Factory Dealer Direct (FDD) phone lines. As a representative, I learned and memorized Dometic's inventory to be able to supply dealers with product information, customer-specific pricing, order details, shipping expectations, and more. I enjoyed working in this fast-paced and engaging environment alongside a very supportive team. Chief Operations Officer at Dawg Pack, a business formulated through Butler University's Lacy School of Business. The Lacy School of Business requires each business student to take the Real Business Experience (RBE) course, which is a class that offers small teams of students multi-hundred dollar loans in order to start their own business for a semester. Along with 5 other team members, we collectively started Dawg Pack, a Butler based company that offers a Butler University themed fanny pack. The company was started with a simple idea: supply the demand. Trends and research in the most recent years have shown that purchases of fanny packs in the college aged student demographic have risen at noticeable rates. Specifically, Greek affiliated students share a large portion of that market. With more than 35% of Butler University's students being greek affiliated and the Butler Bookstore not offering any similar product, Dawg Pack was created. My responsibilities within the business were final revisions of business documents and overseeing business operations. In only six weeks, Dawg Pack sold out its inventory and earned over $2,000 in revenue. Show less
