Chef Daniel and his Team at ECS prepared 3x meals a day for our crews restoring Mexico Beach FL after Hurricane Michael. He ran his mobile kitchen in a man camp we built so that we could service the needs of our clients. His menus and meals were made with love and were nutritious and healthy. The performance of our work force was better as a result of his company and the services he provided. I would highly recommend him personally and his company ECS.

As a principal at Express Remediation & Reconstruction I recommended Chef Daniel and ECS to provide meals at our labor camp in Mexico Beach, post Hurricane Michael. Chef Daniel and his team worked tirelessly to feed our crews, high quality and calorie balanced meals. For over 10 months now his team have provided up to 450 meals three times a day to our management and staff. They both cooked in a mobile kitchen at the man camp and delivered lunches to the crews in Mexico Beach. The quality and selection of menu items was amazing. The best BBQ brisket I have ever tasted. I would highly recommend Chef Daniel and Emergency Culinary Solutions for your post disaster cooking and feeding crews. Cooking in the field with limited resources can be challenging. Chef Daniel and ECS met those challenges head on and provided solutions to keep our labor force satisfied and productive. We at Express GC will definitely be using ECS in the future!
