Overall responsibility for the Design & Build Department to provide technical management throughout tender, design development and construction periods. This involves leading a team of Design & Build Coordinators and Document Controllers as well as external consultants to provide the most cost effective and compliant solutions. Responsibilities include:Prepare Contractor’s Proposals and pre-construction programmes in liaison with other internal departments and external consultants upon which tender submissions are based. Undertake tender adjudications to ensure that all design costs and technical requirements have been met within the submission.
