I believe it is fair to describe Dan and an ideal employee and colleague. His hard work, dedication and loyalty to his team and manager has made him a successful classified executive, who is always striving to improve himself and only happy when he has exceeded his targets rather then simply meeting them. His care, optimism and brilliant humour has made him popular with clients and colleagues alike and I truly believe he has more then enough potential to go far in the media industry where ever it may take him. A pleasure to work with, I sincerely hope our paths will cross again soon!

Very excitedly I joined the team at Pegasus PR back home in Brighton. Having joined the Animal Health team specifically, with a remit largely focused on the strategic development of our creative delivery for key Animal Health clients. The sky is the limit for the team, helping big brands communicate smart, agile, and creative health comms and advertising across an ever developing industry landscape. Introducing CRM segmentation into the team's everyday client function was a growth target for our tea, and one that I led, alongside our strategy team.

I joined the team at Arthur after a big pitch win. Bringing my Direct Marketing/advertising experience to the team to help settle the RSPCA team.Immediately we set to work on both their BAU fundraising program as well as a big brand refresh project. Results began to come in thick and fast, and the account began to settle into the agency and grow. I joined the team at Arthur after a big pitch win. I direct the strategic and creative output for the Stroke Association Direct Marketing fundraising department. I have a similar role across a broader range of clients but my primary function is to improve and promote retention of current supporters while also delivering increasingly improved figures of the acquisition of new supporters. Reducing churn while hitting fundraising targets through the soliciting of warm support donations throughout an extremely busy annual marketing schedules.I ensure that we are constantly testing, reviewing and optimising. We have a gargantuan amount of data running through the agency at our finger tips. Ensuring that we are using this to our charity partner's best possible end is at the heart of everything we do. We constantly strive to improve charity image, relations with existing supporters, increasing the support base, while always aiming to invest budget wisely to future proof everything that we currently do to improve lives of beneficiaries. I look after the vast majority of digital strategy and creative that flows through the office and manage a very capable, enthusiastic and specialist team of account executives, account managers and senior account managers too.We deal with millions of pounds every year and are constantly striving to stabilize and improve, stabilize and improve. My strategy is always to make your client as impervious as possible to external market factors and when the industry sees a broad reduction in performance to seize the opportunity and improve our client's finances and position in the market place whilst retaining integrity and prestige at all times.

I handled the existing accounts here, liaising with clients from various industries, relaying their briefs to our design team, whilst always trying to attract new clients onto our books. We specialise in absolutely everything creative and are always looking at expanding our portfolio. My remit was to brief projects into our Creative Director who would in turn brief the rest of the design team. I took responsibility of both an account and project manager, ensuring that projects were always completed on time, on budget, and exceeding client's expectations. I would also act as client liaison for any budgetary, legal, or strategic queries too.

I entered the Graduate Management training program at Majestic Wine having graduated from University in July 2009. Alongside my full time obligations I attended high level tasting and training programs both at their Head Office and at various Coroprate events throughout Central London and further afield. Our relationships with hotels and restaurants meant that while one's knowledge of wine, beers and spirits was consistently being improved, customer service and account management was also key aspect of my job role.
