Park Resorts is the UK’s largest operator of holiday parks with a total of 47 sites nationwide. I held full P&L and operational responsibility of a 30-acre site comprising 250 holiday homes, bar, restaurant, pool and clubhouse with 5 distinct revenue streams,whilst creating an inspiring environment to support my 40 strong team including 8 departmental managers in providing great service to 1,000 on-site guests. Cirque Du Soleil is one of the truly global live entertainment brands with more than 20 individual shows having toured the world. I was solely responsible for group ticket sales and corporate hospitality during the Dubai leg of the Alegria tour. Generated sales by influencing organisations operating loyalty programmes to bulk purchase tickets. Analysed sales figures daily to identify performances/seating categories requiring immediate focus.
