Datasphere provides big business advertising for a small business budget. As an account manager I had the freedom to do business development without an assigned list of leads. The company allowed us to call any group we knew we could provide a good value to in our marketing package. I was responsible for calling anywhere between 60-100 companies daily closing anywhere between 1-3 new clients a day. I managed a small group of high preforming sales reps. This was an inbound sales team that focused on marketing high ticket items that ranged from $2,000-$6,000. As a Sales manager my duties included:- creating sales reports- distributing and generating new leads- filing financing paperwork with our lender for our customers- recruiting and training new sales reps- listening to recorded calls for quality assurance and ongoing training- closing leads when it was necessary- provided customer service to customers after the sale if for some reason the customers situation had escalated outside the realm of our customer service department.- I fine tuned the existing Salesforce account to fit the entire sales cycle for easy reporting, and lead distribution.- I would write compelling marketing content that would be used in emails and on our websites.- I worked with our offshore graphic design team to improve the visual marketing content. - I would oversee the installation department aiding them in recruiting and training our team of outside sales reps, and also the contractors that would install our line of walk-in tubs in the homes of our clients.- I worked on a salary and was highly available during nights, weekends, and holidays. I've even closed deals on Christmas Day. Some of my highlights include:- closing 7 new customers while taking all the phone calls on Memorial Day 2015. - Pulling off the freeway to close a sale in the parking lot of a gas station, the sale was a $5,000 item.- Closing entire bathroom remodel packages over the phone without having ever met the client in person, or seeing their bathroom. I was able to build enough trust and rapport that they paid a deposit and allowed us to move forward.

Empereon Marketing is a high performing call center that has key contracts with Directv, as well as a few other cable providers. As a sales rep I would sell premium movie channel upgrades to existing Directv packages, as well as selling the NFL Sunday Ticket to business owners.
