- Responsible for the management of the Technical Support Department, acting in the management of the technicians working at the Headquarters and in the branch offices;- Implementation of customer service methods and processes and equipment preparation for continuous improvement of the Headquarters Technical Support Department and branch offices.- Responsible for the development of new technologies for the Topcon Positioning products of the Surveying line, focusing on Laser Scanner equipment and Motorized Total Stations and GNSS Receivers for all types of applications aimed at medium and large-scale civil works and infrastructure.- Development of use and application of tools for implementation of Road Projects of Topcon MAGNET Field software. - Development of use and application in the implementation of Tunnel projects using the Aplitop TcpTunnel tool in motorized total stations.- Development of the use and application of the TcpScanCyr Tool, to calculate volumes in tunnel projects from data collected with Laser Scanner.- Development and use of the Topcon Structure Monitoring Solution application, Delta Link and Delta Watch.
