I was hired as Operations Manager for a Chemical company specialized in Antifreeze Coolants and degreasers with a manufacturing facility under construction in Lima, Peru. I successfully finished the construction, conducted the Start up and ramp up of the plant. I built both plant and administrative teams, designed all the company processes and procedures from scratch and led the successful ISO 9001 certification. I negotiated contracts with all international suppliers of raw materials and implemented the processes for Imports. I was then given additional responsibilities of overseeing and managing Commercial and finance areas of the company. Commercially, we landed contracts with the main distributors for automotive coolants ( Eg. Shell, Castrol). The company is under way of becoming one of the main players in the Coolants business in Peru. *Completed the construction of the plant in 4 months *Designed the business processes and reflected them in an automated self-developed ERP *YoY sales growth of 200%. 2020 - US$0.16MM 2021 - US$0.45MM.
