Managed the operations of the entire store on my own while about 75% of the time the store manager was absent. Curated collaborations amongst employees as well as was delegated the responsibility of reviewing financial and performance reports in conjunction with formulating action plans to constantly improve the statistics of these reports. When first being promoted to a manager after only 4 months prior to me of being hired, successfully utilized my knowledge of the operations of the store to initiate new organizational systems as well as digital component spreadsheets delegating weekly responsibility to employees at my own discretion. Awarded employee of the month for 3 months in a row, receiving praise from supervisors and managers that I did not even work under. Show less
