  Working within a team of six people, any task would be completed either individually or with a college. This could be one of any 20 individual instruments, all of which require an independent knowledge of construction. Each product would be constructed from a kit, involving processes such as shouldering, building, testing and casing. When working with a college the processes were often self managed, organizing and dividing the tasks between yourself and a partner.
