My role as facilities manager has me directing, mentoring and training a team trades,collaborate with our gardeners and numerous external maintenance providers and suppliers to ensure the property is both immaculately presented and fully functioning. This includes inspection and maintenance of HVAC systems, fire panels, security doors and gates throughout including the SALTO security system and My Maintenance. As part of the OH&S committee I identify, plan and implemented repairs to bring issues to good order. I ensure all MSDS were audited, correct and up to date and stored in the correct and safe manner and keep all ESM information up to date I have the pleasure of building some great working relationships in my stay here and have really enjoy the opportunity to further my knowledge and experience which I now wish to use to further my journey into the field. I was in charge of the small vehicle fleet and their required maintenance and compliance. As part of the OH&S committee I identified, planned and implemented repairs to bring issues to good order.
