I have worked with Daniel during his time as Other Iberia Market´s Director. I must say he has a clear and strategic vision of the business always looking at new ways on how to develop the business even further. He likes to understand the details, however he always manages to keep a clear focus towards the greater picture. Daniel has an agile mind and can quickly change from one market to another, despite having considerable differences such as: route to market, legislation & tax, business model, own structure or 3rd party, and even market share or profit objectives. He remains calmed in moments of stress and tension, always looking for win-win situations. He is a good listener and strong communicator with an excellent management of different stakeholders, both internally and externally, particularly remaining close to all employees at all times.
