Working within a team of senior user experience designers, I developed UX design skills such as wire-framing using Figma, performed heuristic evaluations, conducted usability testing, and analysed quantitative and qualitative data to assist with report formation. I was also able to extended my knowledge surrounding survey design and development, and was involved in client stakeholder meetings and collaborations over Zoom and using the Miro platform.
