Dani and I worked together at Desktone for nearly two years. For the majority of that time, we worked in different groups, though in our interactions she struck me as very personable and intelligent. Where she really shined however was when she took a role as a Program Manager within our Engineering organization. During the Quarter we had the opportunity to work together, she helped the team make massive inroads on new, much needed processes, to include improving our Scrum technique, getting better project tracking in place, and helping to set guidelines for how we would release software in the future. I was greatly impressed with what she was able to accomplish, both from an ideas standpoint, as well as encouraging a team of twenty to implement them. I would highly recommend her for similar roles in the future, and would jump at the chance to work with her again.

Over the past 20 years, I have had many thousands of students, most of them engineers and technicians. I can honestly say that Dani is one of the brightest people I have ever met. She has an exceptional ability to learn, with a nearly photographic memory and also just happens to be a great person work with. She brings a positive energy and a can-do attitude to everything she does. I would be delighted to work with her on any project and if I was looking for exceptionally bright engineers, she would top my hiring list. Dani has a very bright future and I wish her the greatest success in all she does.
