Bijna 4 jaar heb ik nauw samengewerkt met Daniel op de afdeling HR Shared Services van CWS, waarbij we beiden werkzaam waren als HR Medewerker. Ik ken Daniel als een ambitieus en gedreven persoon. Zijn sterke kanten liggen in het functioneel en applicatiebeheer van (HR) systemen, procesanalyses en het maken van analyses en vergelijkingen van (HR) contracten en hier aanbevelingen op doen. Eén van de projecten waar ik samen met Daniel aan heb gewerkt, was de overgang naar een nieuw personeelsinformatiesysteem (ADP Workforce). In de rol van projectleider was Daniel in staat om het overzicht te behouden, kritisch te zijn, open communicatie aan te gaan met de betrokken partijen, deadlines te behalen en de overgang binnen de gestelde tijd te realiseren. Daniel is een zeer geschikte en fijne HR collega met grote kennis van het HR vakgebied. Ik zou hem dan ook zeker aanbevelen voor een functie op HR gebied.

HR Shared Services at CWS provides it's employees with a wide variety of tasks. We preform not so much the traditional role of a HRSS but are used to our own specific strengths and are set to a task where there is one. Whether this task is administrative, payroll or project related. Over the course of more then 3 years with CWS I have grown from simple administrative duties to an expert in our HR system, a project lead and someone who colleagues rely on to exchange ideas and knowledge with. I am grateful for the opportunities presented to me while working for this amazing team. Show less
