  Leading on SyntheSys's account-based marketing content across a wide variety of engineering-intensive industries. Building understanding of customer objectives led me into exploring novel applications and extensions of systems engineering methodology, and my role evolved a significant product development and R&D focus, with particular interest in systems engineering in a decarbonisation and safety context, as well as developing approaches that combine SE-driven and agile project management methodologies. On this last point, I developed a novel and cutting-edge "CHASE" approach to agile systems engineering methodology, which was presented at INCOSE UK's Annual Systems Engineering Conference (ASEC).
