   Responsible for development and support of metrology characterization tools in supported of Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) programs for Optoelectronics.  Responsible for cost reduction, development capacity planning, process capability and control, development capital forecasts, process reviews, quality, hardware, tooling, software, professional development, and other activities as required. Conduct tests on indium phosphide (InP) wafers using various pieces of testing equipment to ensure that they meet quality standards. Including: X-Ray Diffraction, particle counter, diffusion probe, Mercury Probe Capacitance-Voltage, Stripe Photoluminescence (PL), Waterloo, and Accent testing equipments Provided training and citification for manufacturing associates.
