My apprenticeship was agreed to be a 3 year long programme in which I would learn all aspects of the thermal spray process including coating properties, grit blasting, SA plasma spraying, combustion wire & powder, robot manipulation and coating defects.Due to my passion to progress and my determination on completing my apprenticeship I was granted the privilege of completing my apprenticeship 7 months early based on my quality of work, knowledge and dedication to the company.
