Dane reported to me in his capacity of Technical Director / Instructor at Wireless Workforce since 08/2011. In addition to his primary responsibility of insuring the company's technical excellence, Dane was my #2 man. I found his guidance essential in quoting projects and he was our technical liaison with clients. Though you would not immediately know it due to his humility and quiet demeanor, Dane is generally the smartest person in the room and has earned the respect of all of our clients. Dane was often called upon to troubleshoot technical issues and often provided SME services for our customers and even for our competitors. Dane is a respected and appreciated technical instructor, including both equipment and safety. I can provide a myriad of superlative class evaluations and references upon request. Dane has either written or co-written all of our proprietary courses. Dane was a key employee in all respects of the term.
