It has been an absolute pleasure working with Dane the last 4.5 years. He is very smart and understands the big picture business processes and objectives as well as the technical detail on the technology side. He is very good at translating business requirements into technology decisions and explaining technological concepts in language businesspeople can understand. Dane has an excellent grasp of and experience in modern architectures like cloud native systems, micro services, event based and distributed architectures. Combining this knowledge with his deep understanding of the SDLC and agile methodologies makes him a very good leader of technical teams.
