  I monitored the success of 60+ students to ensure that they were put in the best position to excel in 5th grade. This included but was not limited to creating personalized plans for each student in areas where they struggled. These plans were based on test scores and were aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. In addition to this, I worked in a team of 3 and collaborated with them daily on future plans and best practices.
