Bio
Richard Dautel
I was responsible for training and mentoring Daniel when he first started at RITEQ and then worked alongside him on a number of projects. I was impressed by four things about him: 1. His eagerness and capability to learn and understand a very complex software. Daniel really picked it up and was able to creatively configure the system to cater for very demanding customer needs. He was able to work independently with very little required supervision or assistance from others. But at the same time managed to not grow overconfident but continuously sought to learn more about the capabilities of the software over time. 2. His polite and professional way to connect with customers. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and talk to. He shows sincere interest in colleagues and clients and is able to build a good rapport with them quickly. He shows that he pays attention to details and seeks to understand the needs and perspective of clients, in the way he follows up with them. Even when situations are tough and clients put the situation under pressure, Daniel keeps his calm, and seeks to find the best possible solution available. He seeks to help the customers where he can but is not afraid to stand his ground when demands are unreasonable either. In such cases however, I have found him to remain courteous and professional in his communications. Because of his nature, clients have come to him for help and advise naturally. 3. His sense of responsibility. Whenever I attended meetings with Daniel, I found him to be taking notes and found he really grasped essential points that allowed him to follow up thoroughly on any action item listed. I cannot recall him missing any important deadlines or forgetting anything he needed to do. He takes ownership of his projects and pushes forward with a very appropriate sense of urgency. When things do not go according to plan I found Daniel to never shy away from communicating open and honestly with clients and seeking a solution proactively wherever possible. 4. His team spirit. Daniel is a great joy to work with. He has an excellent sense of humor, does not take himself too serious and contributes to a very positive work environment. I found Daniel to be incredibly helpful and reliable. Wherever he can he is willing to help out and contribute to an overall team success rather than just his own progression. In summary I can highly recommend Daniel to anyone and am sure he will add value to any company that employs his service. I am happy to confirm this reference in person as well, if required.

Daniel is very professional, supportive and builds an excellent rapport with candidates. He kept me updated at all times during the recruitment process and was very helpful when preparing me for my interview. He was always available to answer any questions I had and remained professional at all times.
