Anita Burns
Dan is always very professional and thorough. He follows up with all requests from guests, co-workers and vendors, and was usually the first manager to provide his information for my daily and weekly reports. Dan excels at relationship building, and has a knack for turning an unhappy guest into a customer for life. He easily earns the respect and loyalty of his staff.
Debbie Nolan-Kosmach
Dan was a true asset to this hotel. He is very professional and extremely focused on our guests. He provided excellent customer service, even during the most difficult situations with guests. Dan made sure all employees and guests were safe and secure at all times. He helped to implement many Standard Operating Procedures that are still in place today. He also managed our guest feedback website by reviewing all comments and contacting guests for additional follow up and reporting this information back to the General Manager, Director of Ops and individual departments. He was always available to the guests and our associates. He worked directly with some of my meeting planners/group contacts, including the Secret Service, to review evacuation plans, procedures and overall security. He oversaw our shipping and receiving area as well. He implemented best practices for a system of incoming and outgoing packages to minimize misplaced items for the guests. He excelled in working with our Corporate Office in processing insurance claims for vehicles damaged by our parking garage vendor. Dan is a hard worker, extremely focused and turly enjoys working with others. He would be a true asset to any company. I hope that some day I have the opportunity to work with him again, more directly.
