In 2012, Dandan was headhunted by AXF Group to lead the group’s marketing and sales, with a particular focus on the local Asian market. Utilising her leadership and people management skills, combined with her sales and marketing acumen, Dandan successfully sold out AXF Group’s Imperial Doncaster project and in the process, achieved a 30 per cent higher market rate compared to nearby competitor projects. With a Bachelor Degree in English Literature already under her belt, Dandan moved to Australia in 2006 to undertake her Master of Human Resource Management at Monash University, before landing a job in Marketing for local property agency, Motion Property. During this time, a significant boom in Chinese foreign investment provided the group with an opportunity to tap into the Asian market. Dandan’s natural flair for sales and her ability to speak fluent Chinese and English proved a valuable asset and competitive advantage, leading to her fast-becoming the company’s number one sales representative.
