Worked as a Senior Project Engineer, I lead and drive all projects mainly focus on four areas: NPI, Continuous improvement, New factory transferring, Technical support.1. NPI Leader Role: Lead a cross functional team on the developments of all new PA&ANT products, New processes, new PA customers, including transferring new technology & products to mass production.2. New factory transferring: Lead the UL qualification for new factory transferring, Establish the PSO system for "exact copy" transferring, and the PSO system for Sample to Mass production.4.
