I have worked with Sovereign Systems now for 3 years, and during that time was never disappointed. For some background, I am a cybersecurity engineer, and constantly work on prevention and detection. I can honestly say, I have never worked with as conscientious a team as the one at Sovereign. There were multiple times when Dan and his team would discover gaps, vulnerabilities, or even access control problems; and bring them to my teams attentions. This is unusual for third parties, where the going attitude is to sweep things under the rug and try to run as minimal a cost shop as possible. Dan doesn’t run things like that. At Sovereign, Dan believes in doing things the right way, to deliver as much business value as possible. While working with Sovereign Systems, they assisted us with several outages and incidents. Their response time, efficiency, and communications skills were always appreciated. I can confidently say, that without Sovereign Systems, we would not have had nearly as much success as we did. Some of the major projects and victories that Sovereign Systems helped our team accomplish: -Major Cloud Migration -Database upgrading and hardening -Storage Cost Management and Optimization -Database Backup and Recovery Planning In probably the largest of those projects, the Cloud Migration, Dan and his team were critical in ensuring the application to database connectivity met required throughput and availability needs. This was not an easy task, as we were going from major dedicated hosts, to a cloud provider. Without their expertise, that migration would have failed and we would have lost months of work. Whatever your technology need, I can say confidently; Dan and his team can exceed your expectations.
