Dan joined G4S in July of 2014 and immediately started to deliver results. His knowledge of our industry and the Twin Cities market were quickly evident as he created opportunities that prior to this hire were not available to G4S. Dan's hire was one of the best strategic decisions I have made as a sales leader. In the time Dan has been with G4S he has been the primary driver of growth that has more than doubled our revenue in the market. Dan represents our brand with the utmost in both professionalism and product knowledge. When people think of G4S in the Twin Cities, they think of Dan Bredahl. While we have worked together I have seen Dan develop best practices that would benefit any professional sales person. Dan actively engages the buyer in solution based sales discussions that allow him to diagnose pain. Once the buyer elaborates on said pain, Dan systematically devises and communications our sales solution. Of all the salespeople I have worked with, Dan is by far the best listener. People open up to him, come to trust him and let him know what problems they need fixed. Dan consistently has one of the highest sales targets in our organization. Year after year, in spite of challenging goals, Dan can be counted on to achieve upwards of 150% of his annual quota. I have come to count on Dan's production every year as well as his mentorship to newer sales people on our team. While I would not want to see him depart our team, I do highly recommend Dan for consideration as a best in class sales producer.
